Dota 2The new Persona Phantom Assassin, called “Exile Unveiled”, is now available for Battle Pass 2022 owners who have reached level 296.

The new Persona transforms the Phantom Assassin into a completely different character called Asan the Exile, with a unique model, animations, voice lines, portraits and more.

From a helmeted human female to a white-haired, blue-skinned male with elf features, Asan also wields the signature Twinblade of the Phantom Assassin base model, although he wears significantly lighter armor that leaves parts of his body exposed. .

Lore of the Veiled Order

The lore behind the new Persona allows Asan the Exile to take the place of Mortred, the Phantom Assassin we all know and love.

Asan was raised in secret by the outcasts of the Veiled Order, or the Sisters of the Veil, the order of assassins to which Mortred belongs.

Mortred is a respectful member of the Veiled Order and the Veiled Oracle, who pronounces the names of those who should die at the hands of the order.

It is speculated that the Veiled Oracle is none other than the Dota 2 the same Oracle hero, who gave Mortred the weapons he uses for the Paradox Arcana Manifolds to kill his enemies.

On the other hand, Asan was raised to destroy the Veiled Oracle, which the outcasts of the Veiled Order claim to be a false prophet responsible for corrupting their once sacred faith.

The Exile Unveiled Persona for Phantom Assassin is the sixth Persona to be released Dota 2. Personas are cosmetic items that reinvent a hero, using a brand new model and other customizations.

Other Persona roster includes Persona Acolyte of the Lost Arts for Invoker, Persona Disciple’s Path for Anti-Mage, Persona Toy Butcher for Pudge, Persona Davion of Dragon Hold for Dragon Knight and Persona Mirana of Nightsilver for Mirana .

The Exile Unveiled Persona is the first of two Persona available in the Battle Pass 2022, while the other is the Persona Conduit of the Braveheart for Crystal Maiden. The Conduit of the Braveheart Persona will be available in Part 2 of the Battle Pass for owners who have reached level 148.

Other premium hero cosmetics available in the Battle Pass 2022 include the previously released Claszian Apostasy Arcana for Faceless Void, Voidstorm Asylum Arcana for Razor, and a new Prestige Pack for Primordial.

The Battle Pass 2022 is also split into two parts, with Part 1 valid until November 2nd. Part 2 of the Battle Pass will be available from November 3 to January 12, 2023 and will contain additional content.

The Battle Pass 2022 also contributes directly to the prize pool of The International 11 (TI11), this year’s iteration of Dota 2The annual marquee tournament.

As in previous years, developer Valve Software committed 25% of all Battle Pass sales prior to the conclusion of TI11 to contribute to the tournament prize pool.
